1. About the course
Wealthy Growth is an independent personal finance course, 100% online, run in monthly classes with live lessons and recorded content. It does not lead to a diploma or degree. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
2. Enrolment and classes
You enrol through the sign-up form on this site. After you submit it, our team contacts you at the email address or phone number you gave to confirm your seat in the upcoming class and send payment instructions. A seat counts as confirmed only once your payment has been confirmed.
3. Payment
The enrolment fee can be paid in one payment (for example by Interac e-Transfer, at the discounted price shown in the pricing section) or in up to 12 monthly payments by credit card. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Prices shown on the site may change until your enrolment is confirmed and payment is received.
4. Seven-day refund window
Because you enrol online, you may withdraw within 7 days after your enrolment is confirmed and receive a full refund, with no reason needed. This is our own refund policy, and it does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. To request a refund, send an email to [email protected].
5. Access to content
Recorded lessons stay available for 12 months from the start of your class. Access is personal and non-transferable: your login, spreadsheets and class links must not be shared with anyone who has not enrolled. If we find improper sharing, we may suspend access for the account involved.
6. Conduct in the class group
Class groups exist so classmates can ask each other questions. We ask for mutual respect, with no judgment about anyone's financial situation and no promotion of third-party products, services or links (spam). Members who break these rules may be removed from the group, without losing access to the lessons.
7. Intellectual property
The lessons, spreadsheets, scripts and other course materials belong to Wealthy Growth and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute or publish this content without written permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Wealthy Growth is educational in nature. The lessons explain general concepts of budgeting, debt management, saving and investing, but they are not personalized financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We do not guarantee any specific financial result: what you do with the content is your responsibility, and investment decisions should take your own situation into account and, where needed, advice from a qualified professional.
9. Cancellation or rescheduling by us
If circumstances beyond our control arise, or too few people enrol, a class may be moved to the following month. We will tell you in advance, and you can choose to wait for the new date or ask for a full refund.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the course or the law changes. The date at the top of this page marks the current version; updates do not affect classes already confirmed under the earlier terms.
11. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Toronto, without limiting any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law to bring a claim where you live.
