Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We value and respect the rights of intellectual property as we expect the same treatment for our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512(c), if a copyright owner or their authorized agent believes that their work has been infringed, they may submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Information on where the infringing material is located to enable us to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement confirming that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright agent.
  6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the information provided.

Section 17 USC §512(f) enforces penalties for misrepresentation in copyright infringement claims.

Submit all takedown notices through our Contact page, preferably via email for quick response.

Be aware that we may disclose your information to the alleged infringer in a copyright claim.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice owing to a copyright infringement claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the material taken down and its original location.
  3. A statement declaring that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page, with email preferred.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We enforce a strict policy against repeat infringers, as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against any repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

Modifications

We reserve the right to amend this policy for DMCA claims at any time. We advise you to review this policy regularly for updates.
